Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 19, 2023, published the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022

This shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette

The following has been stated namely: -

• in paragraph 1 which states “Date of enforcement” for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: -

“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024”
