Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 18, 2023, issued the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• Paragraph 1(2) which states the “Date of enforcement” the following has been amended:

“It shall come into force on the 24th October 2023”
