The Government of Bihar on April 19, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Bihar State Infrastructure Development Enabling (Amendment) Act, 2023 to further amend the Bihar State Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2006
This shall come into force with immediate effect.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This shall be applicable to the entire state of Bihar
• In Schedule V which contains "State Support" in clause (ii) sub-clause (a) shall be substituted with the following namely: -
“Government-owned land would be provided at concessional lease charges for projects where ownership would revert to the Government, within the period fixed by Infrastructure Development Authority from the date of grant of land"
