Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Haryana on March 15, 2023, notified the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Amendment) Bill, 2023 to further amend the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975.

The following has been stated-

•Amendment of section 2 subclause ‘(n2) “Transferable Development Rights Certificate (TDR Certificate)” shall be substituted.

•Amendment of section 8A which states Online receipt and approval.
