The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on April 20, 2023, issued the rate of exchange of foreign currency to Indian Rupees.
The following countries are stated namely: -
• Rate of exchange of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees: -
1. Australian Dollar- 56.45 (Imported Goods) and 54.05 (Export Goods)
2. Bahraini Dinar – 225.10 (Imported Goods) and 211.70 (Export Goods)
• Rate of exchange of 100 units of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees: -
1. Japanese Yen – 62.10 (Imported Goods) and 60.10 (Export Goods)
2. Korean Won – 6.40 (Imported Goods) and 6.00 (Export Goods)
