The Government of Delhi on April 20, 2023, issued a notification regarding the revised rates of minimum wages in respect of unskilled, semiskilled, and skilled categories in scheduled employment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Dearness Allowance will be payable on the basis of six monthly average index numbers of January to June and July to December, on April 01 and October 01 respectively
• All India Consumer Price Index Number of the period from July 2022 to December 2022 which is 378.576, an increase of 12.82 points, hereby declares the following Dearness Allowances, which shall be payable for all categories
• The following revised rates of minimum wages shall be applicable in respect of unskilled. semiskilled and skilled categories in all schedules employment:
1. Un-skilled – 442 (D.A/per month); 17, 234 (Rates/Per month)
2. Semi-skilled – 494 (D.A/per month); 18, 993 (Rates/Per month)
3. Skilled – 546 (D.A/per month); 20, 903 (Rates/Per month)
• The table of rates of minimum wages applicable in respect of Clerical and Supervisory Staff in all Scheduled employment has been stated.
This will be payable from April 01, 2023.
