The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on April 21, 2023, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of Acid Oils.
The following Indian standards were established on April 20, 2023:
• IS 10931:2023 Lauric Acid — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 12029: 2023 Acid Oil — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 12067: 2023 Palm Fatty Acids — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 12069: 2023 Coconut Fatty Acids — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 12124: 2023 Rubberseed Fatty Acids — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 12361: 2023 Partially Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids — Specification (First Revision)
The following Indian standards will be withdrawn on July 20, 2023:
• IS 10931:1984 IS 12029: 1986 Specification for Acid Oil
• IS 12067: 1987 Specification for Palm Fatty Acids
• IS 12069: 1987 Specification for Coconut Fatty Acids
• IS 12124: 1987 Specification for Rubberseed Fatty Acids
• IS 12361: 1988 Specification for Partially Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids
