The Government of Himachal Pradesh on April 03, 2023, issued a Draft Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicle (First Amendment) Rules, 2023.
Objections or suggestions are invited with regard to these rules. They may be sent the written way to the Principal Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-2 within a period of seven days from the date of publication of the said draft rules.
The following has been amended-
For rule 214 of the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicle Rules,1999 which specifies the Motor Vehicle Reserve Fund, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
1.Establishment of fund
2.Provision of fund
3.Settlement and payment of fund
4.Withdrawal
5.Settlement of claims
6.Audit
