Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, (MoC&F) on April 24, 2023, notified the Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023, to further amend the Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated-

In the Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), “(2) This order shall come into force on the 20th day of November 2023.” sub-paragraph shall be substituted.
