Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 24, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order 2022.

This shall come into force on April 24, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• in paragraph 1 which provides “Date of enforcement” for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: -

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2023”.
