Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 24, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022

This shall come into force on April 24, 2023.

The following has been stated namely: -

• in paragraph 1 which provides for the “Date of enforcement” for sub-paragraph (2), the following subparagraph shall be substituted, namely: - 

“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2023”.
