Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 24, 2023, issued the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph has been substituted, namely:- 

“(2) This order shall come into force on October 24, 2023”.

It shall come into force on April 24, 2023.
