The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on April 24, 2023, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the methods for the Detection of Bacteria Responsible for Food Poisoning.
The following Indian Standards were established on April 19, 2023:
• IS 5887 (Part 8/Sec 1): 2023/ISO 6888-1: 2021 Methods for Detection of Bacteria Responsible for Food Poisoning Part 8 Horizontal Method for the Enumeration of Coagulase-Positive Staphylococci (Staphylococcus Aureus and Other Species) Section 1 Method Using Baird-Parker Agar Medium (First Revision)
The following Indian Standards will be withdrawn on May 19, 2023:
