Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on April 20, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. F B-04-07-2018-02-V (03), dated March 29, 2023, related to the reduced stamp duty chargeable on the instruments created for the development of or construction on the land, executed in favor of a local body.

The following amendments have been stated:

On page No. 217, for the words and figure "sub-section 9" the words and figure "of section 9" be deemed to have been substituted and read accordingly.
