The Government of Madhya Pradesh on April 25, 2023, issued a corrigendum to notification no. FB-04-07-2018-02-V (04) dated March 29, 2023, related to the reduction in stamp duty
The following has been rectified namely: -
• On page 218 the following changes shall be made namely: -
(i) For the words and figure “subsection 9” the words and figure “of section 9” be deemed to have been substituted and read accordingly.
(ii) For the brackets, letters, and figure “6(b) (i)” the brackets letters and figures “6(d) (i)” be deemed to have been substituted and read accordingly.
(iii) For the words “joinly of severally” the words and sign “jointly of severally” be deemed to have been substituted and read accordingly.
