Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Madhya Pradesh on April 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to the Madhya Pradesh Value Added Tax Act 2006.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In Rule 56 which states “Delegation of Commissioner's powers” in the Table after the serial No. 18AAA the following shall be inserted namely: -

“’18AAA’,’64’, ‘Penalties’,’ Assistant Commercial Tax Officer’”
