Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on April 24, 2023, issued the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2) which states the date of enforcement, the following has been substituted namely: -

“This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2023”

This has come into force on April 24, 2023.
