The Finance Department, Madhya Pradesh on April 21, 2023, issued a notification to extend the time limit to dispose of appeals.
The following has been stated namely: -
The time limit to dispose of appeals under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002, the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, the Madhya Pradesh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par kar Adhiniyam, 1976 (repealed), the Madhya Pradesh Vilasita, Monoranjan, Amod Avam Vigyapan Kar Adhiniyam, 2011 (repealed) which are pending before Appellate Authorities.
The time limit has been extended up to October 31, 2023, from September 30, 2023.
