The Government of Maharashtra on April 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the land acquisition for the Thane Bhiwandi Kaylan project under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the private land that has been mentioned in Schedule-I needs to be acquired by the government for the Metro Thane Bhiwandi Kaylan project.
• It states that objections or suggestions if any, from the land owners or interested parties shall be submitted before 30 days from the date of publication of this notification
• It states that the objection or suggestions must be in writing and must be signed by an attorney
• The Schedule-I has been attached to the docum
