The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, (MoRTH) on April 25, 2023, notified that Draft Central Motor Vehicles (……Amendment) Rules, 2023, to further amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
The following has been amended-
In the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, in rule 138, in sub-rule (4), in clause (d), after the words and letters “Centrimide B.P. in a non-greasy base,”, the words and figure “a tube of Feracrylum of 1% gel” shall be inserted.
The said draft rules shall be taken into consideration for objections and suggestion after the expiry of a period of 30 days from the date on which the copies of this notification as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the public.
