Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu on April 24, 2023, hereby makes amendments to the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987.

The following has been amended-

•In the said Schedule, in column (2), against the entry ‘‘VII. Drugs and Narcotics" in column (1) thereof, for the entry "Tobacco in all forms" the entry” 1 Tobacco in all forms, 2. Gloriosa superba seeds." shall be substituted.
