Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect and Customs (CBIC) on April 26, 2023, issued a notification regarding amending Notification No. S.O. 1512(E) dated March 30, 2022, related to the exemption of certain deposits.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In para 2 which provides for the “Date of enforcement” for the words, May 01, 2023, the words `July 01, 2023`
