The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on April 27, 2023, received comments and views from the public on the draft IFSCA (Assets, Liabilities, and Solvency Margin of General, Health and Re-insurance Business) Regulations, 2022 dated December 29, 2022.
The comments and suggestions suggested modifications have been provided in the table.
The comments were considered suitable and the revised draft of the IFSCA (Assets, Liabilities, and Solvency Margin of General, Health and Re-insurance Business) Regulations, 2022 was placed before the Authority's meeting on March 24, 2023.
