The Employee’s State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on April 28, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Observance of Swachhta Pakhwada-2O23 in ESIC Offices/ Hospitals and Medical College
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Swachhta Pakhwada shall be observed from May 01, 2023, to May 15, 2023, in all the ESIC Offices, Hospitals & Medical Colleges.
• The following are provided to make this initiative a success: -
(i) The details of a pledge to be taken regarding the 'Cleanliness Fortnight' is attached. This can be downloaded from the link https://pledge.mygov.in/swachhta-pledge-2022/
(ii) Creatives/Artwork for poster, banner & standee, etc. (in IPG & open file format) have been uploaded on the ESIC Website: www.esic.gov.in for download and use by the respective Offices, Hospitals, and Medical Colleges. The material may also be used in regional language as per requirement.
(iii) All field Offices, Hospitals, and Medical Colleges are requested to provide details of the "Innovative Initiative" taken by the respective office along with good quality photos, to the mail id given [email protected] or publicity and awareness through Social Media and on other mediums, as well.
