Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoF&C) on May 01, 2023, issued a corrigendum Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated April 18, 2023. Come. 1788 (A) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words and figures "24th October 2024", the words and figures "24th October 2023" shall be substituted.
