Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on April 29, 2023, issued amendments to certain notifications under the Customs Act, 1962.

The following notifications have been amended namely: -

• Notification No. 24/2005-Customs, dated March 01, 2005, vide number G.S.R. 122(E), dated March 01, 2005

• Notification No. 25/2005-Customs, dated March 01, 2005, vide number G.S.R. 123(E), dated March 01, 2005.

• Notification No. 13/2022-Customs, dated February 01, 2022, vide number G.S.R. 87(E), dated February 01, 2022

It shall come into force on May 01, 2023.
