Industry Specific Compliance The University Grants Commission (UGC) on April 28, 2023, issued a notification to continue certain schemes of UGC.

Certain Schemes under UGC have been extended to March 31, 2024.

Following are a few schemes that have been extended namely: -

• Women's Studies in Higher Educational Institutions

• Scheme for Persons with Disabilities in Universities and Colleges

• UGC Research Awards for Faculty

• UGC Fellowship for Post-Doctoral Researchers

• Establishment of Chairs in Universities

• Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC)
