The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on April 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the amendment to the Notification No. 50/2017-Customs, dated June 30, 2017, which Prescribed the effective rates of Customs Duty and IGST on certain goods when imported to India
This notification shall come into force from May 01, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In the said notification, in the Table the following changes shall be made namely: -
(i) against S. No. 226, in column (2), for the entry, the entry “3102 10” shall be substituted
(ii) against S. No.451A and the entries relating thereto, shall be substituted
(iii) against S. No. 515A, in column (2), for the entry, the entry “8524 11 30 or 8524 12 30” shall be substituted.
