The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on April 26, 2023, issued a corrigendum in the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Business Plan) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated:
• On page 2 under Regulation 1 (1), for the sentence ‘These regulations may be called the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Business Scheme) Regulations, 2023, and shall come into force with effect from 1/04/2013’ the sentence ‘These regulations may be called the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Business Scheme) Regulations, 2023 and shall come into force with effect from 1/04/2023’ has been substituted.
