The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on May 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Manuals approved by the Scientific Panel on Methods of Sampling & Analysis.
The following Manuals have been approved namely: -
• Manual of Methods of Analysis of Foods- Honey and Other Beehive products
• Manual of Methods of Analysis -Microbiological Examination of Food and Water
Comments/Suggestions if any should be furnished to FSSAI in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) within a period of 30 days from May 03, 2023, at [email protected].
The comments/suggestions supported by scientific evidence would be taken into consideration.
