The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Segregation and monitoring of Collateral at the Client Level - Penalty Mechanism for EOD Short Allocation
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to circular 20220819-5 dated August 19, 2022, regarding the Segregation and Monitoring of Collateral at the Client Level - Penalty mechanism for EOD Short Allocation
• it states that the members may kindly note that the file for the month of November & December 2022 (consolidated file) has been placed on the Member Extranet portal on May 02, 2023. Members may note that reporting on the same may be done till May 09, 2023.
• Annexure-1 has been attached to the document that lays down the process for submission of Collateral Allocation Shortage reporting.
• All the Members are advised to take note of the same.
