The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on May 03, 2023, issued a notification to fix a date from which the medical benefit will be extended to the families of insured persons in the entire areas of Valsad, in addition to the already notified areas of the said districts, in the State of Gujarat.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has fixed April 01, 2023, as the date from, which the medical benefit under the Gujarat Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1964 shall be provided to the families of insured persons in the entire areas of Valsad, in addition to the already notified areas of the said districts, in the State of Gujarat.
