Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate of Planning, Statistics & Taxation, Lakshadweep on April 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding the due date for monthly payment of tax and quarterly returns of Value Added Tax.

The following has been stated namely: -

• If the due date for monthly payment of tax and quarterly returns of Value Added Tax happens to be a public holiday/bank holiday in any month/any quarter as the case may be, the due date shall be the immediate next working day of the respective month/quarter.
