The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on May 02, 2023, issued the notification regarding the Online Cash Benefit Claim Submission and Processing by the Branch office for SB, ESB, and TDB.
The following has been stated namely: -
• An online module for submission of claim requests (cash benefits) through the IP Portal has been developed by ICT Branch, Hqrs.
• This will facilitate the Insured Persons in filing a claim for their cash benefits without the requirement of visiting their Branch Office.
• A detailed procedure/workflow to be adopted while submission of a claim for Cash benefits (SB, ESB, and TDB) and a User Manual has been issued
• It is also requested to direct Branch Office Managers facilitate the IPs visiting their respective Branch Offices in filing online claims so that offline/physical claim submission can be eliminated.
