The Government of Himachal Pradesh on May 01, 2023, issued the Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Allocation) (1st Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Allocation) Rules, 2021.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In Schedule A Sr. No. 7 which stated “Environment, Science and Technology Department” has been substituted namely: -
“Department of Environment, Science, Technology and Climate Change”
• In Schedule B Sr. No. 7 which states “Environment, Science and Technology Department” has been substituted namely: -
“Department of Environment Science Technology and Climate Change”
• The following heading has been inserted in Sr. No. 7
“(D) Climate Change”
This shall come into force on May 01, 2023
