The Department of Public Health, Goa on May 04, 2023, issued Goa Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (First Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Goa Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2021.
The following has been amended namely: -
• Rule 9 which states “Ultrasonography” the following sub-rule has been inserted namely: -
“(2) An application referred in sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied by the following documents, namely: -
(i) A certificate of Registration from respective Council from Goa in respect of doctor.
(ii) Authorization from the Goa State Pollution Control Board under BioMedical Waste (Management and Handling) Rules.
(iii) Address proof of the clinical establishment”.
This shall come into force on May 04, 2023
