Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Haryana on May 09, 2023, notified the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Haryana Amendment Rules, 2023 to further amend the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Rules, 1964.

The following shall be amended-

•In rule 6, for sub-rule (2A), sub-rule shall be substituted.

•In the said rules, in rule 22, after entry (vi), the “(vii) Form of lease deed for gaushalas (Form VI).”. entry shall be added.

•In the said rules, after FORM V, FORM VI shall be added.
