Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoAFW) on May 11, 2023, issued the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Second Amendment) Order, 2023 to further amend the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003.

The following has been amended namely: -

•In Schedule II of the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of import into India) Order, 2003 after serial number 83 and the entries relating thereto the following serial number and entries shall be added.
