The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on May 11, 2023, issued a corrigendum to the older notification no. S.O. 2123(E), dated May 04, 2023, relating to the fixation of the ceiling price of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, and others.
The following changes have been made namely: -
• In Sl no. 4 which states “Ofloxacin and Betamethasone Sodium Phosphate Eye / Ear Drops” where the name of the manufacturer and manufacturing company is “M/s Skymap Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd./ M/s German Remedies Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd” shall be substituted as follows namely: -
“M/s Skymap Healthcare Pvt. Ltd./ M/s German Remedies Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.”
• It states that All the notes and other contents mentioned in the original order shall remain the same.
