The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on May 12, 2023, issued a notification regarding amending notification no. G.S.R. 1004(E) dated October 08, 2023, relating to the Constitution of the Authority for Advance Ruling in the Union territories.
This notification shall come into force on May 12, 2023
The following has been amended namely: -
• In the Table, against Sl. No. 2, in column (3) which states “Name and designation of the Member”, for item (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“(ii) Shri Sumeet Sihag, Joint Excise and Taxation Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner-cum Collector (Excise), Union territory of Chandigarh.”
