The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on May 10, 2023, issued the Details of Contractors Agencies who are not following Statutory Provisions relating to Payment of Wages and Weekly Off, etc.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Direction has been received from the competent authority to seek details of such Contractors/Agencies who are not following the Statutory Provisions relating to the payment of wages and weekly off so that further action could be taken against them.
• The details are to be furnished of such Contractors/Agencies who are not following the Statutory Provisions relating to the payment of wages and weekly off, etc in a prescribed proforma within 07 days
• The copy of the prescribed proforma is attached
