The Government of Punjab on May 10, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. S.O. 66/P.A.5/2017/ S.148/2019, dated May 31, 2019, related to furnishing of a statement, containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08.
The following amendments have been stated:
In the second paragraph, after the third proviso, the following proviso has been inserted, namely: –
“Provided also that the said persons shall furnish a statement, containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the quarter ending June 30, 2022, till July 31, 2022.”.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on and with effect from July 05, 2022.
