The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 16, 2023, notified regarding the renewal of the Broker Indemnity Insurance Policy.
The Trading Members are requested to renew the Indemnity Insurance Policy with a minimum sum insured of Rs. 5 lakhs and submit the policy document and details on the BEFS portal within 30 calendar days from the date of expiry of the valid indemnity insurance policy.
If the renewed indemnity insurance policy document and details are not furnished within the stipulated timeframe, it would be treated as non-¬compliance and late submission charges of Rs.100/- per day shall be levied till the date of uploading/submission of proof of valid indemnity insurance policy on BEFS portal.
