Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Assam on May 10, 2023, hereby pleased to make the amendment further to amend Notification No. FTX.56/2017/26 dated June 29, 2017.

In the said notification, in the Explanation, in clause (h), for the words "and State Legislatures" the words ", State Legislatures, Courts and Tribunals" shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from March 01, 2023.
