The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 16, 2023, issued a notification regarding the FAQs on the Filing of announcements in XBRL format on the BSE listing center
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to circular no. 20230331-87 dated March 31, 2023, issued by the Exchange regarding the Filing of equity announcements under the below subjects in XBRL format on the BSE listing center
• The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) such as the timeline for submitting the disclosure in XBRL format, the subjects covered under the XBRL disclosures, and technical errors related to the name and scrip code of the Company while uploading, etc. have been attached to the document with respect to the filing of disclosures and are available in XBRL format for guidance purposes.
• It further states regarding the Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR as follows namely: -
(i) Issuance or forfeiture of securities, split or consolidation of shares, buyback of securities, any restriction on transferability of securities or alteration in terms or structure of existing securities including forfeiture, reissue of forfeited securities, alteration of calls, the redemption of securities, etc.
(ii) Agreements (viz. shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements family settlement agreements (to the extent that it impacts management and control of the listed entity), agreements/treaties/contracts with media companies) which are binding and not in the normal course of business, revisions or amendments and terminations thereof.
(iii) Fraud/defaults by the promoter or key managerial personnel or by listed entity or arrest of key managerial personnel or promoter.
(iv) One-time settlement with a bank
(v) Resolution plan/ Restructuring in relation to loans/borrowings from banks/financial institutions (Inter-Creditors Agreement) - Corporate Debt Restructuring.
(vi) Notices of Shareholders Meeting
