All types of diesel-driven three-wheelers emit comparatively more polluting gas and PM 2.5 (Particulate Matter). The operation of such vehicles should be banned in order to prevent unlimited adverse effects on the health of all citizens as a result of hazardous pollution caused by them.
In the interest of Public Safety & Convenience, the operation of all types of diesel-powered three-wheelers in the limits of Gaya Municipal Corporation and Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation area is prohibited from midnight of September 30, 2023, till further orders. is done.
According to Section-116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, appropriate traffic signs will be displayed at important places to inform the people affected by this ban through prior information.
