Industry Specific ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 17, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Applicability of Event-based Additional Surveillance Margin (E-ASM)

The following has been stated namely: -

• This has a reference to Exchange Notice No. 20191015-43 dated October 15, 2019,  Notice No. 20191017-37 dated October 17, 2019,  Notice No. 20200919-4 dated September 19, 2020, and Notice No. 20191017-37 dated December 30, 2021, as per communication received from NCDEX (vide its Circular No. NCDEX/SURVEILLANCE & INVESTIGATION-053/2023 dated May 17, 2023)

• It states that the E-ASM of 2.5% shall be applicable on all the running contracts and yet-to-be-launched contracts in Turmeric till June 07, 2023.

• It further states that All other margins will continue to be levied as applicable.
