Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on May 16, 2023, issued Corrigendum on notification no. 35/2023-Customs dated April 29, 2023, which amended the notification which Prescribed the effective rates of Customs Duty and IGST on certain goods when imported to India

The following has been stated namely: -

• On page number 5, in line 9, for ‘(i)against S. No. 515A, in column (2), for the entry, the entry “8524 11 30 or 8524 12 30”’, read ‘(iii) against S. No. 515A, in column (2), for the entry, the entry “8524”
