Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on May 17, 2023, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.) dated November 21, 1994.

The following amendments have been stated:

• Against serial number 2 relating to Bangladesh, against the item (53), in column (4), for the entry, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:

"(a) Anandpara (India) - Ramgarh (Bangladesh) via River Feni;

(b) The road from NH-8 in Anandpara (India) through Maitri Setu to Ramgarh (Bangladesh).".
