class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on May 15, 2023, issued a notification regarding the modification of the applicability of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply, and Distribution) (Punjab Amendment) Act, 2018
The following has been modified namely: -
· In section 1 which states the “Short Title and Commencement”, in sub-section (1) after the figures "2018", the words "as extended to Union Territory of Chandigarh"
